HIGH SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST
2012-13

Items students will carry throughout the day:

8 spiral-bound single-subject notebooks

7 folders with pockets (plastic hold up best)
1 Spanish-English dictionary (new or used)

1 pair of headphones (for Engineering or Technology classes only)
Highlighter(s)
Graphing Calculator TI 83+

Note
:  This calculator typically costs under $100 and can
be purchased at Staples, Best Buy, Target, etc.  It is important that students have the TI 83+, TI 84+ or TI-NSPIRE and not the TI 83 or RI-NSPIRE CAS or an lesser model.  This is an investment but as long as your child takes care of his or her graphing calculator, it can be used throughout high school and into college.  It can also be used on ACT tests.

USB thumb drive

Note:
This is an optional item but is very handy for transporting files from school to home.  It can be purchased for as little as $5 from a store like Target.  A USB drive that can be attached to a key ring or backpack may work best to prevent it from getting lost.  Please write your child's name on the USB drive so that it can be returned if it is left in a computer.
